Returns

If you buy from H.R. Lash any order entitles you to fully Return & Refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

Please call our Customer Services Team on +1 (705) 759-3785  or e-mail hrlash@hotmail.com within 15 days of delivery if you realize you ordered the wrong size or your order is defective, delivered the wrong item or not satisfied and wanted to return. We will try to resolve your issue or facilitate your return at our earliest and at your convenience.

Free returns for 15 days after receiving your order when you use the pre-paid Canada Post shipping label and drop your parcel off at a Canada post location.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will provide ONE prepaid return label for your order. In the event a return is requested and we provide ONE prepaid return label but the the item returned is not the item that was ordered we will return the order back to you. If you still request to return your order we can provide another prepaid return label but the excess shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

If your return shows that is was used, worn, damaged and not able to be resold, H.R. Lash may refuse or deduct your refund accordingly. Please tell us if you plan to return an item you may think is used so we can better address the return.

Restocking Fee

If you need to return your order past the return window of your order it may be subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee 30% of the total order cost or the return shipping cost, whichever is higher.

Damages and issues (Defective Products)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Your responsibility (Customer Remorse)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item that you purchase by mistake, doesn't need any more or wrong products so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do offer free returns for our orders so there is no issue in returning your order.

Return of Unopened Items

All unopened items can be shipped back to H.R. Lash for a full refund on the price of the product. H.R. Lash will provide a prepaid return label for your order. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product to apply for a refund. The offer is no longer available after the 15 days from receiving the product.

We may request you to send us photos of any areas of damage or imperfection to offer you a suitable course of action of your choice. In the end customer satisfaction is our aim.

Returns will only be facilitated Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays during business hours.

Refund

We will process your return label as soon as you let us know that you would like to return your purchase. The refund process will be executed from the date that we receive purchased item back in stock. Refunds will show up in your account within 3 to 7 day's after it is processed.

For security reasons, you will be refunded on the card or payment method that you used to place your order.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Clothing with obvious signs of wear 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check to see if it has been 7 day's after the refund notification was sent to your e-mail.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items may be returned and refunded. This excludes products listed as Final Sale

What is a Final Sale?

It's a sale where all purchases are considered final. This means that once you buy something, you can't return or exchange it. Final sales are typically offered on clearance items or end-of-season styles, and they often have a significantly reduced price.

When shopping for a final sale, it's important to keep a few things in mind:

  • No returns or exchanges: Remember that all purchases during a final sale are considered final, meaning no returns or exchanges are allowed. So, make sure the item(s) is something you or someone in your friend and family circle will want and that it will fit them.
    • If an item is received defective, damaged, or as a mis-ship, we will make exceptions for these situations. Please reach out to our Customer Care for these exceptions. 
  • Check the sizing: Since you won't be able to exchange the item, it's important to make sure you're buying the right size. Check the sizing chart and read any reviews to get an idea of how the item(s) fits.
  • No price adjustments: Final sale items do not qualify for price adjustments or price matches.
  • Sales tax: Depending on where you live, sales tax may still be added to the final sale price.

Overall, final sales can be a great way to score a deal on some styles you've had your eye on. So, don't hesitate to share the love and encourage your loved ones to grab some great deals during our final sales! Just make sure you understand the rules and restrictions before making a purchase.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hrlash@hotmail.com and send your item to: 308 John Street, Sault. Ste. Marie, Ontario P6C 3J4, Canada.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, please repackage the order like how it was received and bring the package to the carrier on the return label.

H.R. Lash will provide a prepaid return label for your order you would like to return. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

     We ship all across Canada! Once our order is placed we will package and ship the same business day if placed before 1PM EST or the next business day. Our orders are shipped from Sault. Ste. Marie, Ontario and we use Expedited Shipping on all orders with Canada Post as our preffered carrier. We have put together the average approximate time for orders to ship to different provinces:
